Baan

“The Map”
The Map
The Map

Verification Centre
Prompt 1 — วางโครง The Map และ Verification Centre
Help me design a Personal Command Centre for tracking multiple projects in one place. Start with the information structure and screen map only—do not write code or build anything until I approve the structure.
System goals:
* Help me return to an existing project without having to reconstruct all the context.
* Separate confirmed decisions, assumptions, items to verify, and next actions.
* Keep deferred work visible without making it feel urgent.
* Use a clear visual hierarchy instead of text-heavy pages.
* Provide one central view of what needs attention across all projects.
Privacy requirements:
* Do not add analytics, external scripts, cloud storage, login, or data transmission to external services.
* If state needs to be saved, use browser-local storage only.
* Include a way to export data as a local backup file.
* Source links must be references supplied by the user; do not retrieve information from external sources.
* If any detail could expose internal systems, strategy, or roadmap, suggest a safer and more abstract version.
Before proposing the structure, ask me about:
1. My project categories and the goal of each project.
2. Problems I face when switching between projects.
3. What I want to see immediately when returning to a project.
4. The information types I need to separate, such as decisions, assumptions, evidence, risks, next actions, and parking-lot items.
5. Visual formats that make it easier for me to read and make decisions.
6. Information that must not be displayed, stored, or exported.
Based on my answers, propose a draft structure that includes:
* A Home page with an overview of every project.
* A Project page with a shared structure that can be customized per project.
* A Verification Centre for items that still need validation.
* Filters by project, status, and priority.
* Search and source references.
* A “What needs my attention next?” view.
* A Parking Lot for ideas or tasks to revisit later.
The first response should include:
1. Information architecture.
2. A data model or list of data types and their relationships.
3. A concise screen map showing the visual hierarchy.
4. Privacy boundaries: what can and cannot be stored, plus how export works.
5. Open questions and assumptions that need confirmation.
Wait for my approval of the structure before building anything or writing code.
Use the most capable model as the lead for planning, delegation, integration, and final review. Delegate only clearly bounded implementation, research, or verification tasks to smaller capable models.
Create or identify one shared project folder that every participating AI can access. Use a shared project document as the single source of truth.
Before starting or handing off work, read and update it with:
* Objective, scope, and acceptance criteria
* Current status and completed work
* Relevant files and important decisions
* Remaining tasks, verification results, and known issues
Do not assume another AI can see previous conversations. Share only the context and files needed for its task.
The lead model must integrate the outputs, resolve conflicts, and perform the final review.
If the AIs cannot access the same folder, use a shared Git repository or approved document workspace instead.
